 (LATE Cllr. PETER CRAWFORD)

We are deeply saddenned to learn from Gurkhas' dear friend and Gurkha Justice Campaigner  Peter Carroll that one of Gurkhas' true friends right till the very end, Cllr. Peter Crawford (Lib-Dem), has sadly passed away this week. Peter (Caroll) informs us that late Peter Crawford was a great supporter of the fight for Gurkha rights, often attended various campaign rallies and events and that he had tremendous respect for all Gurkhas. 

Many in the Gurkha community would have had the privilege to meet him in person and reciprocate his warmth and compassion.

Whilst the wider Gurkha community will forever be indebted to friends and supporters like late Cllr. Peter Crawford, we pray that his departed soul will rest in eternal peace and may our Gods give his bereaved family much needed strength during this most difficult time. Our heartfelt condolences.

  Our deep condolence and prayer to the Almighty God may dear latePeter's soul RIP in Heaven. My sincere solace to bereaved family in such hours of missing loved one. I am sure that the whole Gurkha community mourn for in loss of the true Gurkha friend who was a real sympathiser in support of the Gurkha Justice Campaign led by dear Cllr. Peter Caroll a staunch leader fighting for correcting the injustice against the Gurkhas by his paymasters.
