ON 24TH APRIL 2012, HUNDREDS of Gurkhas once again rallied before the houses of Parliament to demand the Government to rectify  Gurkha Pensions on par with British Army veterans and to allow them full citizenship rights, including right to family life (including over 18 children).

Where this fresh round of protest will lead only time will tell, but here are just some of the pictures captured and kindly forwarded by Mr. P.B.Gurung, which sufficiently highlight a strong Gurkha veterans presence at the rally, alongside some Gurkha organisation representatives, Gurkha supporters (including ex-British Army Officers), first Miss UK-Nepal Miss Nabina Gurung and human rights advocate Bobbie Wason.

It's good to see Nepali flags waving at the Parliament square in the UK- I think, the Nepali flag only represents Nepalese and its country, it doesn't represent fake Nepalese politicians ... !! stay away - from politics -

good to see all those protest! hope they(British Gov) will now increase their pension? British Gov know who should be on their list, afghanistan first and so on...they haven't increased serving soldiers' pay since 2010 so equal pension is not on their immediate agenda list. the true is they are waiting those 10-15000 ex to be dead
