ActusSecurity is amongst the leading maritime security companies providing solutions for the protection of commercial ships, crew and cargoes under threat from the global rise in piracy attacks and hijacks.

There is an immediate requirement for ex-military personnel interested in privately contracting as Maritime Security Officers to work on-board commercial ships transiting the Gulf of Aden and Arabian Sea.

We require applicants to have some or all the following training: Ship Security Officer (SSO); Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO);  Maritime Security Officer (MSO);  Company Security Officer (CSO);  STCW 95 Course;  ENG1 Medical Cert;  VHF Short range radio cert;  Radar qualification.  Medical training would be preferable.
