making welcome
Hello and namaste

hopefully either at the end of this year or  the start of the next  i will be meeting my friend lal who is coming to the uk, we first met back in1984 at Warminster  and have been friends ever since, now at last and after many years apart he will be coming to stay with me and my family, now i would like to ask johnny and all my  friends on here how i can make his stay in my home a special one and little things to make him feel at home , i will be going to Kathmandu to see lal as well next year so i am  excited at finally getting to Nepal.

                                       thank you one and all

                                       all the best and regards

Re: making welcome

All your friend may wish for (if he is not an ex-Gurkha wanting to settle in UK) is to meet your family, friends and to visit historical places around London for photo opportunities so that he can show them to his own circle of family and friends back home. Hope he comes during summer though! even by Nepalese standards (i.e. being closest to the Himalayas), British winter is far too bitterly cold to enjoy sightseeing in London!
