I am trying to find information on, Colour Sargent Major, William Leavey. He served in the regiment at approx: 1930-1936.  He was my uncle and I have idea about his history other than the above.  If any one knows where or how I might be able to find out this information I would be glad of a reply.  I presume that there must be records of service but have no idea how to access them or where they might be.

PS. I am very proud to have had someone in my family who served with the Gurkha's.  I would also like to thank everyone of those brave lads for fighting for my freedom.
